At Gartner, Al served in senior management roles, typically involved in launching new business units and products. During his tenure at Gartner, Al launched products and services that generated over $100 million in revenue. Al served as Division President of Gartner eMetrix, the business performance measurement division, Senior Vice President of Gartner Investment Research, Founder and Group Vice President of Gartner|Software, and founder and Group Vice President of the E-Business Resource Center, Gartner's $60 million E-Business research and advisory practice.
