Business process transformation is very difficult to
implement in house, with no assistance.
First, it requires the ability to look at the business objectively,
without staying committed to current processes.
Secondly, if you worked for a company, you already have a job. Effecting business transformation is another
full time job.
Over the next several posts, I will introduce you to some
companies, big and small, recognizable and little known, which provide a
variety of business transformation services.
But this is just the first step.
The objective is to identify the players. Step two will be to do an in-depth analysis
of each of them (provided they cooperate).
Our first brief look will be KPMG, the large consulting powerhouse.
